Exchange and Returns Policy

If you wish to return or exchange any items purchased in store or via the website, please ensure the items are unworn, tags are still on the items and you have your receipt. Returns must be within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Personalised items cannot be returned.

Order Process

All stock items that do not require Embroidery or Personalisation will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of order if the item is in stock. If the items needs to be ordered in, please allow 7 working days for us to fulfil your order.

Please be aware that this may alter during peak times e.g. July August and Bank Holidays and Christmas..

ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER THE 18TH OF DECEMBER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL OUR RETURN FROM CHRISTMAS ON THE 5TH JANUARY 2026

Online Ordering

When placing orders online orders are subject to availability - If you have not received your order or an update after 7 working days, please contact us via email or phone. You will receive an email confirming your order when its ready for collection. If you have paid for delivery, you shall receive an expected delivery date. If an item is not in stock and must be ordered in and personalised it can take up to 14 working days. If your order is a gift, please note the date you require the items and if there are any issues with this, we shall contact you..

Custom Orders

50% deposit is required upon ordering and the remaining balance is due on collection.
Please ensure the following are correct when placing your order; Sizing -Colour – Garment - Embroidery - The colour, size and position of the embroidery. Heat Pressing- The colour, size and position of the heat pressing.
Digitising of logo - There is a one-off set up charge, we will supply you a sample to ensure you are happy with the size and colour before being placed on any product purchased or supplied.
Please ensure that any personalisation required is spelt correctly as mistakes cannot be changed.
Any alterations made after placing an order becomes the customers responsibility and in addition the customer shall bare any cost if the order is in progress or completed.
Cancellation of any order whilst in progress or completed will still require the remaining balance to be paid.
